As a part of your complete bulk material handling systems package, Whirl-Air can provide a totally integrated system to provide centralized control of your entire system, from unloading through conveying, batching, blending and end use processing. Additional line functions can be incorporated into your Whirl-Air Control System to allow operation and monitoring of equipment provided by others.

Experienced system integrators, Whirl-Air has specific expertise with Allen Bradley, Seimans and GE  programmable controllers as well as most leading brands of PLCs. We typically can work with the controller most suitable to your company engineering requirements.

Whirl-Air designs and manufactures control systems to rigid standards to withstand the environment of the modern processing plant. In addition, NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X designs may be specified for particularly demanding environments. All Assemblies are UL listed.
